Businesswoman Dr Lily Chiang Lai-lei will have both her fraud cases heard together in the District Court. Judge Albert Wong Sung-hau ruled yesterday that the two cases, with different co-defendants, should be tried together. Chiang, 49, and Tahir Hussain Shah, 45, face charges of conspiracy to defraud and making false statements over the granting of share options.
