Tuesday, 14 August, 2012, 5:54am

Businesswoman Dr Lily Chiang Lai-lei will have both her fraud cases heard together in the District Court. Judge Albert Wong Sung-hau ruled yesterday that the two cases, with different co-defendants, should be tried together. Chiang, 49, and Tahir Hussain Shah, 45, face charges of conspiracy to defraud and making false statements over the granting of share options. She is also charged with fraud, along with Pau Kwok-ping, 54, in relation to the listing of Eco-Tek Holdings.
