Cake-meisters onto a sweet thing

The greatest cake artists from across the globe will battle it out for cake supremacy every Wednesday night on Discovery Channel & Living. Each week, three teams will compete for HK$78,000 and a chance to have their creations featured in a marquee event.

Each episode begins with contestants being briefed on the type of cake their assigned client wants. Contestants are allowed nine hours to create their masterpiece, with many of the cakes weighing more than 45.35 kilograms and standing more than 1.52 metres tall. The show includes mini-challenges, skills tests and taste tests - so it's sure to be an entertaining night of television.
