DBS Bank has sued an investor who bought HK$8 million worth of Lehman Brothers structured products for damages for allegedly committing 'wrongful acts' at five of its branches. In a filing in the Court of First Instance, the bank asked for unspecified damages and an injunction restraining Kenneth Wong from causing further nuisance or trespassing on its premises. The bank claims that Wong committed the acts from October 4, 2008, to May 17 this year.
