Secretary guilty of indecent assault

A former secretary at Henderson Land Development was convicted in Eastern Court yesterday of indecently assaulting a female colleague. Chung Sau-kuen resigned from her post after the trial on Monday. On November 4 and another date last year that was unspecified, the 33-year-old placed one of her fingers between a fellow staff member's breasts and grabbed one of them while the colleagues were inside an office toilet at IFC. Magistrate Johnny Chan Jong-herng said that even if Chung was only fooling around, they were still indecent acts. He adjourned sentencing until June 17.
