Happy Zero best backed in England
Trainer John Moore leaves for England again today to oversee the final days of Happy Zero's attempt on the Group One Golden Jubilee Stakes at Royal Ascot next Saturday, with the sprinter already the best backed runner for the contest. Happy Zero was freely available at 16-1 over a week ago, but constant support has seen the British bookies wind his price in to a general 8-1 as of last night. Moore has been delighted with his sprinter's condition and the gelding now ranks behind the John Gosden-trained three-year-old, Showcasing (6-1). He is level on the second line of betting with Aidan O'Brien's quality former Australian Starspangledbanner and the Dubai Golden Shaheen winner, Kinsale King. Happy Zero will be looking to avenge Sacred Kingdom's defeat in the Golden Jubilee last year and to emulate David Oughton's Cape Of Good Hope, who won the race in 2005.
