Man denies raping woman he met online

An unemployed man pleaded not guilty yesterday when he went on trial in the Court of First Instance for allegedly raping a woman at his Tsuen Wan home last July. Yau Tat-hang, 22, allegedly forced the woman, 18 at the time, into sex at his eighth-floor flat in the Tsuen Wan Centre on July 13 last year. Yau met the woman in person after they had been playing online games. The woman started giving evidence yesterday. The trial continues.
