Model Angelababy Yeung Wing says she will give the Hong Kong Trade Development Council's Book Fair organisers a free copy of her photo-tome Paradise. The book has been banned from the fair, which runs from July 21 to July 27 at the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre.

'I hope [the HKTDC panellists] see that my book is neither indecent nor obscene,' said the 21-year-old at its launch on Monday, at the b+ab fashion boutique in Tsim Sha Tsui. 'I don't understand why the panellists made [their] decision before they had a look at the content.'

Yeung also plans to hold a book-signing event in Harbour City on July 24, she says.

The pictures for Paradise were shot in Guam by photographer Wing Shya, but the project seems far from complete.

'It's too much work,' Yeung said. 'I only had 10 hours' sleep in the past four days doing more last-minute shootings.' Fans turned out to glimpse the Paradise cover - a close-up of Yeung wearing a tiara. There is nothing too risqu? about that, but never judge a book by its cover.
