Teacher is accused

An A-level teacher was accused of cheating the Examinations and Assessment Authority by distributing 30 Use of English writing papers to his Form Six students at YPI&CA Lim Ming College in Tuen Mun in April. He told the authority he had distributed the papers so students could learn more about how English writing is assessed.

Markers are forbidden from revealing information about their work or to share marked papers with others. Francis Cheung Wing-ming, authority secretary general, said an inquiry was underway.
