A Kwun Tong restaurant that repeatedly extended its business area illegally has had its licence suspended for two weeks by the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department. The licensee was also fined HK$2,600 for breaching the Food Business Regulation. The restaurant, on the ground floor of 304-308 Ngau Tau Kok Road, will be able to operate again from July 18. The licence was suspended for seven days a year ago for the same offence.
