Darryl O'Young (pictured) won his first World Touring Car Championship Independents Cup race in Portugal on Sunday to move into second place in the standings. 'I have been in the lead before but finally I have a win. It's a good weekend for my Bamboo-Engineering team and finally I have given them a victory,' the Hong Kong-based driver said. 'I have also moved up in the championship, so I'm right in the fight now.' The next leg is at Brands Hatch on July 18. The series ends in Macau in November.
