Amy Nip

More than 20,000 reptiles and insects, including 1,000 spiders from Chile, 1,000 beetles from Japan, 1,000 pythons and 3,000 frogs will be exhibited in the Hong Kong Reptile Expo. The event runs from July 16 to 19 at the Hong Kong International Trade and Exhibition Centre in Kowloon Bay. Varanus salvator, the biggest species of lizard in Asia, and the tokay gecko, which makes a noise like a barking dog, will appear at the exhibition for the first time.
