Does DAB really expect women to be grateful?

Energy

We should be blessed that the DAB really cares about citizens, especially women.

This week, the Democratic Alliance for the Betterment and Progress of Hong Kong released a survey reminding us vulnerable ladies of the spots where those notorious up-skirt photographs are most likely to be taken.

I can't help but applaud the DAB for spending so much time and energy on determining these spots. Other than escalators at shopping malls such as Langham Place in Mongkok, Two IFC, Festival Walk and the Convention and Exhibition Centre, the DAB also highlighted the Avenue of Stars in Tsim Sha Tsui East.

Thank you DAB for the friendly reminder but I can't help wonder why it has to create this vulnerable image of women. As long as you are properly dressed underneath, there is really nothing to see in those stupid up-skirt photos. Only pictures like Britney Spears flashing her private parts without underwear would be worth taking. But then, I'm not a pervert, what do I know?
