Sirilulck Lekkwan will be guest chef at the Cafe at the Hyatt Regency Sha Tin from July 17 to August 1. Available on the lunch and dinner buffets, the chef's dishes include grilled beef with chilli lime sauce, pomelo salad, rice crackers with minced pork and shrimp dip, steamed fish with chilli and lamb, and beef with peanuts in Massaman curry. The lunch buffet is HK$208 plus 10 per cent for adults (HK$104 for children) Monday to Friday, and HK$228 (HK$144 for children) Saturday, Sunday and public holidays. Chef Philippe Orrico from St George in Hullett House in Tsim Sha Tsui has created a five-course lobster meal for lunch or dinner until the end of the month. The meal is HK$888 plus 10 per cent and includes traditional lobster bisque, wild seabass and lobster claws with red wine sauce and girolle mushrooms, and lobster tail with cider reduction and lardo di Colonnata, roasted almonds, mushroom pasta and cuttlefish. Gateway Hong Kong in Tsim Sha Tsui features Dungeness crab on the Coffee Mill lunch and dinner buffet until August 5. Dishes include steamed Dungeness crab with Thai chilli and lemon grass, grilled crab and avocado with passion fruit dressing (above), braised crab with Chinese bean curd, mushroom and egg white, and sea urchin fried rice with crab. The lunch buffet is HK$178 plus 10 per cent for adults (HK$118 for children and senior citizens) Monday to Friday and HK$188 (HK$128 for children and seniors) Saturday, Sunday and public holidays.
