Boy, 15, charged with Tsuen Wan murders

A 15-year-old boy arrested on suspicion of killing his mother and younger sister was charged with two counts of murder yesterday. He will appear in Tsuen Wan Juvenile Court today. The Form Three student was carrying a rucksack containing a bloodstained chopper and glove when he was arrested in the Tsuen Wan Riviera Park on Thursday. Police then broke into the family's flat in Heung Wo Street and discovered the bodies of Lam Lim-kam, 42, and Kan Chun-yuen, 12.
