1m visitors at expo's HK pavilion

More than one million visitors had been recorded at the Hong Kong pavilion at Shanghai's World Expo, the government said yesterday. The pavilion, themed 'Hong Kong - Potential Unlimited', has attracted more than 10,000 per day since its opening on May 1. Another exhibition on smart cards and city life received more than 8,000 visitors a day. An exhibition on Hong Kong banknotes was launched on July 16 and will end on August 15.
