PREPARING FOR AN INTERVIEW

Look up the website of the company where you are applying for a job. Make sure you are familiar with them before the interview. Dress smartly, but don't overdress. You're going to an interview, not out for the evening.

Think about some likely questions a potential employer might ask, and go through in your mind how you would respond. Be punctual and be prepared.

Make sure you are familiar with what you have written in the resume and cover letter. You don't want the interviewer asking you a question based on information you have provided in written form that you can't answer.

Try not to answer just yes and no to questions. Try to give more information.

Ask questions at the end of the interview, but not about things that you can find easily on the company website.

Feel free to ask what the expected package is for your job, but also have an answer prepared on what you would like. A prospective employer is likely to ask what your expected package is.
