ITC Properties Group, a property development and investment corporation, seeks a project manager.

The position involves project development, management, and the implementation of marketing strategies for the group's property business in Hong Kong, Macau, the mainland and other Asian countries.

Candidates must have a recognised qualification in architecture, structural engineering, property development or the equivalent, and at least seven years of experience on large-scale development projects. Fluency in English, Cantonese and Putonghua is required. Applicants who are Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) accredited are preferred.
