A man, 20, arrested on Saturday for ketamine possession escaped while still handcuffed from a police vehicle en route to Tuen Mun Police Station, a police spokesman said. He was arrested in a village 200 metres from the junction of Pui To Road and Castle Peak Road, where he had leapt from the vehicle. He is to appear in Tuen Mun Court today.
