Journalist-turned-barrister Stanley Ma Ho-fai,  44, who was arrested for stealing women's underwear from an island village block  on May 3, was charged with one count of theft yesterday. The former ATV news reporter  will appear in Eastern Court  on Friday. Police found  underwear near a refuse bin on  Peng Chau, and a wallet containing Ma's identity card was also found nearby.
