The Doctors Union and the Practising Pharmacists Association have questioned the government's determination to reform the pharmaceutical industry, a year on from a spate of drugs-related blunders. The groups said they had yet to see evidence that recommendations by a committee set up after the deaths of six patients from contaminated drugs last year had been adopted.
