Man arrested after car collides with taxi

Police arrested a motorist on suspicion of possessing illegal drugs and driving under the influence of drugs after his Mercedes-Benz slammed into a stationary taxi in Choi Hung yesterday. The 33-year-old man was driving along Clear Water Bay Road when he lost control outside Choi Wan Estate at about 2am. No one was inside the taxi. The man, who was unhurt in the incident, was released on bail of HK$5,000.
