Opposite the Shenzhen Convention and Exhibition Centre stands the 282-room Ritz-Carlton, Shenzhen, boasting more than 1,319 square metres of meeting and conference space, including nine function rooms, two poolside meeting rooms, an executive boardroom and a 608-square-metre Grand Ballroom, which can be divided into three salons.

A dedicated conference butler, floral artist, technology butler and Mice 'survival kit' or stationery are also available for guests attending events at the conference and exhibition centre.
