The choice of Hong Kong hotels continues to grow with new brands taking their place amid Kowloon's skyline including the world's highest hotel, the Ritz-Carlton Hong Kong, opening in November. Across on Hong Kong Island, the 432-room L'hotel Island (pictured this page) is opening its doors in Aberdeen.

The 312-room Ritz-Carlton will occupy the 102nd to 118th floors of the International Commerce Centre in West Kowloon, above Kowloon MTR station and the Elements shopping centre.

Others joining the fray include Cosmo Kowloon Hotel (285 rooms), Hotel Icon, a training hotel for the 262-room Polytechnic University's hospitality and tourism faculty, Best Western (254 rooms) and Cosmopolitan Kwai Chung Hotel (600 rooms).
