A truck driver was arrested for drink-driving after his vehicle crashed and toppled on to one side in Cheung Sha Wan yesterday. The truck veered to avoid hitting a vehicle in front, crashed into a barrier and then ploughed into guard rails before toppling over in Lai Po Road at about 8am. The 32-year-old driver escaped injury, police said. He was arrested after a breath test proved positive and was released on bail of HK$5,000.
