Help make a difference in translating a top hotel's service values into conduct for its food and beverage (F&B) division.
The role is charged with conducting Shangri-La care and service training, observing staff performance and grooming to ensure operational standards are achieved in line with hotel food safety and hygiene standards. He or she will enforce motivation and team building exercises, and set operation standards with service executives and managers. Other duties include providing orientation twice a month for new hires within the F&B team and maintaining contact. Professionals who have more than five years of experience in a similar capacity, strong presentation and training skills, and fluency in English and Chinese are sought.
