Buffet-goers now have another mouthwatering selection of dishes and delicacies to consider at the recently opened Cafe on M at the InterContinental Grand Stanford Hong Kong.

Located on the mezzanine floor of the hotel with a view of Victoria Harbour and contemporary interiors, Cafe on M features culinary stations where chefs ply their craft in open kitchens, presenting different cooking styles and flavours from around the world.

In addition to freshly shucked oysters, highlights include Fin de Claire from France, Coffin Bay from Australia and Irish Rock from Ireland. There is also a wide variety of seafood served, such as Alaska crab leg, mussels, shrimps and sea whelk. There is also a cheesecake collection and a cake shop, where five cheesecakes are offered daily.

From October 16 to 31, Cafe on M will feature a range of culinary delights made with Australian organic beef during the lunch and dinner buffet. The selection includes braised beef brisket in tamarind sauce with cinnamon and orange, braised ox tail in red wine sauce with pearl onions, grilled marinated strip loin and organic rib roast.

A breakfast buffet is available for HK$218 for adults and HK$138 for children. The lunch buffet costs HK$228, Mondays to Fridays, HK$268 on Saturdays and HK$288 on Sundays for adults. Children pay HK$178 from Mondays to Fridays, and HK$198 at the weekend. The dinner buffet is HK$388 for adults and HK$238 for children from Mondays to Thursdays, and HK$448 for adults and HK$288 children from Fridays to Sundays.

Cafe on M opens daily from 6.30am to midnight, and offers secluded dining spaces for semi-private gatherings.
