A goods vehicle driver appeared in Kwun Tong Court yesterday charged with dangerous driving causing death. Ng Chun-man, 43, also faced three charges over the condition of his van. It is alleged Ng's driving resulted in the death of pedestrian Chan Chi-hung at the junction of Tai Tsun Street and Kok Cheung Street, Mong Kok, on April 9. Ng did not enter any plea. The case was adjourned to November 4.
