York Chow visits Shanghai

Secretary for Food and Health York Chow Yat-ngok (pictured) yesterday met top Shanghai officials and hospital chiefs. Among them were Shanghai Municipal Health Bureau director Xu Jianguang; Shanghai Shenkang Hospital Development Centre director Chen Jianping; and the deputy director general of the Shanghai Municipal Civil Affairs Bureau, Wang Wanli.
