A DRUG syndicate is believed to have used an upmarket flat in Mid-Levels to produce millions of dollars worth of heroin over the past two years.

Customs and Excise Department officers raided a flat in Lyttelton Road, arresting a man and seizing $3.3 million worth of heroin. They said a syndicate had rented the flat for two years and had used one of the bedrooms to cut heroin imported from the Golden Triangle via China.
