The personal representative of a newly qualified driver has been sued for unspecified damages by the estate administrator of a man who died in a car crash with him. Chan Wing-chung, 20, was at the wheel when he crashed a car in Tsuen Wan, on December 16, 2007, killing himself and Chow Wai-kwong, 23. Chan had qualified to drive two months earlier. The administrator, Saeloo Loithai, filed the claim on Chow's behalf at the Court of First Instance.
