Cinecitta restaurant in Wan Chai is having a five-course dinner tonight featuring the wines of the Inama estate in Veneto, Italy. The French Window in Central will have a Chateau Branaire-Ducru wine dinner on Saturday. Wines from the Bordeaux estate will be served with a six-course menu that includes chicken 'oyster' vol-au-vent with black trumpet mushrooms and supreme sauce with Chateau Branaire-Ducru 2004; seared foie gras and carrot confit with vinegar sauce with the winery's vintage 1998; and peppered super-prime filet with autumn truffle potato puree with the vintage 1995.
