Warehouse worker guilty of arson

A warehouse worker yesterday pleaded guilty in Kwun Tong Court to arson, criminal damage and perverting the course of justice. On August 13, 2007, and January 21, 2008, Law Chun-mo, 26, and others damaged the engines of two cranes and set fire to scrap metal in a recycling facility in Kwun Tong. Law then tried on December 20 last year to remove and damage a car that was kept as evidence in the investigation. Sentencing was adjourned to November 10.
