France may join exchange scheme
Hong Kong plans to start a working holiday exchange with France, labour minister Matthew Cheung Kin-chung said yesterday after signing an agreement with South Korea for such exchanges. The scheme will start on January 1 and 200 places will be available. Applicants must be aged 18 to 30, with not less than US$2,500 in assets and hold Hong Kong or BNO passports. South Korea is the seventh country to take part in such exchanges.
