Jacky Tong Chi-Kit was suspended for six meetings after chief steward Kim Kelly ruled he failed to ride debutant Impeccable out with 'sufficient vigour' in the concluding stages of the final race. Impeccable placed fourth and Tong will have six meetings on the sidelines as punishment for dropping his hands on the line. Tong will start his ban on December 5 and resume riding on December 28. It was the second charge under the same rule this week after Brett Doyle - five meetings - failed to ride out Megabucks at Happy Valley last Wednesday night. Keith Yeung Min-lung was outed for two meetings for careless riding on Mr Celerity and his ban starts from Thursday and ends on December 5, while Zac Purton will miss two meetings - December 5 and 9 - after being charged with careless riding on Royal Doctor in race nine.
