The car of lawmaker Regina Ip Lau Suk-yee (pictured) ran out of control in the Legislative Council car park yesterday. The chauffeur, who said he had been feeling unwell, mistakenly stepped on the accelerator and ran into three other cars, two of them belonging to other lawmakers. Ip, who was not in the car at the time, said she had reported the case to the police and would compensate the owners according to insurance terms.
