This Christmas was the happiest and most unforgettable Christmas of my life.
My father had a three-day holiday and he decided our family would go to Ocean Park on Christmas Day. But we woke up late so we decided to go the following day.  
Instead, we had a family day. Although it may not sound special to some of you,  it was the best Christmas present I had ever received.  Our family hasn't gone out together for a long time  because my sister and I are  so busy  with school work. We seldom go out with our parents.  That's why I was so happy that we  had the chance to hang out.  
Since it's Christmas Day, it was very crowded everywhere. We had a delicious lunch, went shopping and watched an interesting movie. We felt really close.  
All teenagers have a lot of homework to do, but we should spend every possible minute with our family. Lunar New Year is approaching, and it's the perfect opportunity to be with your family.

Thank you for your letter, Hoi-ying, it was really touching. While most young folks just dream of getting Christmas presents, it seems that you were given a gift that was much more valuable. Phones go out of fashion, break or get lost. Memories are forever.
It seems that everyone in Hong Kong is always too busy. We pride ourselves on being an 'advanced' city with all the modern conveniences. Yet for all this advancement and technology, for all the time-saving devices, we never seem to have enough time for the things that matter.
You were given one of the best gifts of all - the gift of Christmas (family) present.
