A representative of a cameraman who was injured in 2008 in Kaohsiung while covering then-Taiwanese presidential candidate Ma Ying-jeou's campaign for a candidate for the city is suing ATV for unspecified damages in the High Court. Li Tung-kit, then 45, suffered a head injury when he fell from a jeep on January 11, 2008. He needed surgery for a brain haemorrhage after the incident.
