A 36-year-old man fell to his death while cleaning a window at his Chai Wan home in preparation for the Lunar New Year. He fell when the window he was washing broke loose on the 14th floor of Walton Estate, Yee Fung Street, at 2.40pm. He knocked an air conditioner off of a flat below before landing on the building's podium. The man was confirmed dead at the scene.
