Lenovo picks general manager for HK, Macau

Lenovo Group, the world's fourth-largest supplier of personal computers, named a former executive at rival Hewlett-Packard as the new general manager for its Hong Kong and Macau operations. Alice Ong Nga-lai, who previously served as general manager of HP Hong Kong's imaging and printing group, will oversee Lenovo's business in the two markets, including managing sales, customer relations and channel development. Lenovo has been the undisputed leader in Hong Kong's personal computer market for four consecutive years, according to company vice-president Ken Wong Kin-hang.
