The five-star hotel is revamping its guest rooms, two floors of which are now available for bookings. The new suites borrow from a minimalist palette of whites, blondes and dark oak to create a serene but savvy urban sanctuary. Bulky carpets and curtains are replaced with eco-friendly faux-wood flooring and subtle, but equally effective, blinds.

The rooms also feature exquisite details such as Chinese calligraphic patterns etched into the lacquer wall panels, adding some spice to the minimalist motif.

Situated across the street from the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre, the new rooms are a great place to base yourself for a trade show. All include Wi-fi access, with the usual bells and whistles one would expect from a modern suite.
