Wing Tai Properties is planning to launch two residential projects in Tai Hang and Mid-Levels in the middle of the year, with 173 boutique apartments targeting young buyers. Karen Li Kan Fung-ling, the firm's corporate development director, said the 26-storey development on Warren Street, Tai Hang, had a total gross floor area of 68,000 square feet and will house 103 units of 500 to more than 800 sq ft. Coronation Terrace in Mid-Levels West will have 70 units. Both projects are set for completion by the end of 2013. Wing Tai will sell the remaining 13 flats at Seymour in Mid-Levels this year. Up to six of the remaining 15 units at Forfar in Ma Tau Kok will be leased out at HK$50 or below per square foot a month, while the rest will be sold.
