Wah Yan College in Kowloon refused to say yesterday if it would join the government's voluntary class reduction scheme aimed at stopping school closures. After a board meeting, school supervisor the Reverend Stephen Chow declined to say whether they voted to join. The deadline for joining the scheme is Friday and more than 100 schools said they would take part.
