Two men, one of whom prosecutors say previously worked for the Guardforce security firm, stood trial accused of conspiring with others to rob guards as they delivered HK$2 million to an ATM in the Sun Hung Kai Centre, Wan Chai. Wong Man-ho, 32, and Chan Hing-cheung, 33, pleaded not guilty at the Court of First Instance to conspiracy to rob. The court heard they and others planned the robbery bid, in which two Guardforce staff were pepper-sprayed.
