Cesare Romani, executive chef, InterContinental Grand Stanford Hong Kong

Romani will manage and lead the entire culinary team. Born in Lombardy, Italy, he came from a family of food lovers. He has worked in many international properties throughout Europe, the Middle East, the Caribbean and Asia, including the Taj Palace Hotel in Dubai and Harbour Grand Kowloon in Hong Kong. Prior to joining ICGS, he was part of the opening team of Kempinski Hotel Huizhou in Guangdong.

Angela Chui, chief financial officer, AXA Hong Kong

Chui will oversee finance, actuarial, investment and risk management functions in her new role. Formerly the corporate officer and financial controller for AXA Life Insurance in Japan, Chui is a qualified actuary from the Society of Actuaries.

'[Chui] will steer AXA towards achieving the goal of being the preferred company in Hong Kong,' says AXA Hong Kong CEO Stuart Harrison.

Anthony Lee, executive director, Swiss Privilege, AXA

Joining AXA in 2009 as head of sales planning and execution, Lee led critical corporate strategic initiatives at the group that includes Swiss Privilege.

'[Lee's] appointment will maximise the prestige bespoke services that the Swiss Privilege brand represents, and also enable our Swiss Privilege consultants to expand the affluent and high-net-worth client segment,' says AXA Hong Kong CEO Stuart Harrison.
