Company boss faces fraud charge

Theodore Cheng Chee-tock, 61, appeared in Eastern Court for failing to declare his interest in a Wan Chai property that he induced his firm, CY Foundation Group, to buy. Cheng, the chairman of the online gaming operator, is accused of defrauding the firm between April 2 and December 17, 2007. He did not enter a plea and was released on HK$200,000 bail. The case was adjourned to May 6.
