A woman wearing only a T-shirt ran on to Queen's Road Central at about 9.30am and was hit by a truck. The 44-year-old Hong Kong woman, who had removed her shoes and most of her clothes, suffered head injuries and was taken to Queen Mary Hospital, police said. They said initial inquiries showed she had no history of mental illness and nothing indicated she was drunk or under the influence of illegal drugs. The investigation is continuing.
