The resignation of a board director is the latest blow for China MediaExpress (CCME), after losing its auditor and accountant. The mainland bus advertising company announced the resignation of C.V. Starr & Co's Dorothy Dong in a regulatory filling. CCME's conduct 'raised serious questions in my mind as to whether my continued membership on the board' served any purpose, Dong said. CCME has lost two members of its six-person board. The Hong Kong office of Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu resigned on March 11, and CCME's chief financial officer followed.
