Designer title hot off press
HOT off the press is fitness trainer Bob Pike's book, for which Keeping Posted readers were asked some while back to suggest a suitable title.
The book - bearing the title Designer Fitness By Bob Pike, as suggested by publican and animal rights activist Laura McAllister - will go on sale at the weekend at the SCMP Family bookshops.
We ourselves preferred the suggested title of one Peak dweller, On yer bike, Pike. But there you go.
As a reward for her cerebral aerobics, McAllister gets a twelve-month training programme under the personal guidance of Pike.
She will thus be joining the likes of Anna and Rupert Murdoch - on and off of this parish - who also place their fitness in Pike's firm hands.
