THE District Court will try two senior anti-triad police for allegedly accepting a $20,000 bribe from triad boss Andely Chan Yiu-hing.
Peter Pannu, 30, and David Khosa, 31, re-appeared in Eastern Court yesterday, charged with accepting an advantage from Chan on January 7 last year.
Chan allegedly sought their help with a police investigation in which he was a suspect.

Magistrate Jonathan Acton-Bond adjourned the case until July 26, for preparation of transfer papers to the District Court.
No pleas were taken.

Chan, a Sun Yee On triad member known as the Tiger of Wan Chai, was shot dead outside a Macau hotel during the Grand Prix weekend last November.
