Post-box full to the brim
ON the morning of July 2, I went to post a letter in post-box No 158, which is located at the junction of Fan Choi Street and Tai Tong Road, Yuen Long.
However, I could not get my letter in, because the post-box was already full.
I assume that either no letters had been collected for several days or, the post-box is too small to meet demand in this area.
Collections are supposed to be made, daily, at 8.15am and at 2pm.
Are letters at this post-box being collected according to the schedule? I would be grateful if the Post Office could look into this matter.
If they are not collected to schedule or the box is too small for the demand in the area, then the postal authority should find ways of ensuring the public gets a better service.
